Dr Pramod Pandey is a trained and certified counseling psychologist in vocational guidance & career counseling and PhD in Psychology with adjustment as a function of level of aspiration and achievement among youth. He is currently the Organizational Secretory (Uttar Pradesh) of Bharatiya Counselling Psychology Association. He has also worked with UPSACS as a master trainer, CSWB as a family counselor and NACO as counseling supervisor in Uttar Pradesh. Currently he is working with SHAPEINLIFE (Centre for Psychological Assessment, Counseling & Guidance) as a career counselor and CEO with more than 6 year experience in the various areas of counseling and life skill training. He has become certified career mentor (CCM) by PSYUNI INDIA.
